Official annoucement: Amendment to the NMC Rules

 

The Organizers amended the NMC Rules related to ex parte hearings, in accordance with Rule 22.

Rule 15(4) now reads as follows:

 §15

4. If a Team fails to join the hearing, the hearing will proceed ex parte. The attending Teams will present their oral pleadings and be scored by the judges. An ex parte hearing may also be scheduled for the Team that could not appear due to technical difficulties. The Team with the highest scores will win the Round. If both Teams have the same score, the Team with the highest scores for the Written Memoranda will be considered the winner.
